How I Work

How I work is just as important as what I do.

The individuals I support are often navigating complex decisions, personal challenges, and moments of transition. That requires clarity, honesty, and a shared standard of respect.

These are the principles that guide my work, my leadership, and the space I create for others, reflecting my coaching principles.

My Values

These are the foundations of everything I do:

Doing the right thing — even when it is uncomfortable or unseen.

A commitment to continuous learning, self-development, and meaningful progress in personal development.

Creating change that is purposeful, lasting, and extends beyond the individual.

Authenticity

Showing up truthfully, without masking, shrinking, or compromising who you are.

Responsibility

Taking ownership of actions, standards, and the leadership of self and others.

My Non-Negotiables

To protect the quality of my work and the people I support, there are clear boundaries in coaching that I do not compromise on:

Disrespect or dishonesty

Being undervalued or having contributions minimized

A lack of accountability — in myself or others

Environments that compromise integrity or ethics

Poor communication, avoidance, or being ignored

Repeated boundary violations without change

Work or relationships that drain without mutual value

Pressure to shrink, mask, or abandon authenticity

Misalignment with purpose, growth, or long-term vision

Any situation that compromises wellbeing or self-respect

Working Together

My role is not to fix you — it is to support you in developing your own internal authority.

This requires openness, accountability, and a willingness to reflect honestly.

I work best with individuals who are ready to take responsibility for their growth and are committed to doing the work required for meaningful change.
